It's a tomoe, a comma-like swirl symbol used in Japanese mon and it often resembles a magatama. The symbol reflects shinto trinity, earth heaven and humanity, the tomoe often appears on raijin, the shinto God of thunders, drums. And also used as obs's symbol XD
